Grama Inovasi Teknologi sedang mencari UI/UX Designer yang passionate dan terampil untuk bergabung dengan tim pengembangan web kami. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk merancang, mengembangkan user interface dan user experience dari beragam web dan mobile app yang ada di dalam Ekosistem Perusahaan.
Job Description:
- Foster collaboration and understanding of the design process
- Develop exceptional designs with a focus on meeting user needs
- Generate Wireframes/Prototypes and conduct design testing
- Construct UI/UX components within the Design System framework
- Craft Vector/Pixel Assets, including Icons and Illustrations
- Define interface styles, adhering to best practices and standards
- Ensure the ongoing quality of UI/UX output post-development
- Manage the design backlog in coordination with the Development Team (Designers, Engineers, and Product Owners)
- Proactively enhance and innovate new processes/systems, striking a balance between emerging trends and product requirements.
Requirement:
- Require a minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX Design or comparable roles.
- Possess a profound understanding of the design process.
- Demonstrate proficiency in design tools, including Figma (for design and prototyping), Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of Android, iOS, and website behaviors.
- Exhibit strong typography skills, structural design expertise, and proficiency in information architecture.
- Show familiarity with the company brand and its design principles.
- Be a collaborative team player with experience in agile team environments.
- Showcase excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in balancing design aesthetics with product requirements.
- Experience with Flutter is highly advantageous.
