We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. You will play a key role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our products, ensuring they are user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype intuitive and engaging user interfaces using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Ensure designs are consistent with company branding and visual guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, particularly web and mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to present and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
