Mentari Group is looking for an experienced and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and creating seamless user experiences. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the design vision is effectively implemented. Additionally, you will contribute to other design needs, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing brand presence.
Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and business goals
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas
- Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and user experiences
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals
- Handle other design tasks as needed, such as graphic design, marketing materials, and branding
- Maintain design consistency through adherence to design guidelines and best practices
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are both functional and visually appealing
- Create icons, illustrations, and other graphic elements as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, especially on complex systems
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with other types of creative such as Graphic Design, Motion, Video Editing, etc is a very strong plus
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
