Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum Middle-Senior 4-6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with experience delivering end-to-end digital products.
- Minimum Junior 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with experience delivering end-to-end digital products.
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Gather and analyze business and user requirements, translating them into intuitive and user-centered design solutions.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Design visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces that align with business objectives and user needs.
- Ensure an optimal user experience by applying usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance design systems, UI components, and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and continuously improve designs based on research findings and performance metrics.
- Prepare design assets, specifications, and documentation to support seamless implementation by the development team.
- Review implemented designs to ensure consistency with approved UI/UX standards and provide design support during development.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
