Job Description
- Plan and implement new designs.
- Optimize existing user interface designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and design objectives.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
- Create prototypes for new product ideas.
- Test new ideas before implementing them.
- Conduct ongoing user research.
Job Requirements
- Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree from IT or other related majors.
- Understand the basic concept of design.
- Having experience as UI/UX Designer for minimum 1 year.
- Portfolio demonstrating design process, solutions and shipped work with a strong graphic design sensibility.
- Fluent in using design tools (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc) especially for illustration.
- Ability to prototype designs (using prototyping tools).
- Expert communication, present design concepts and communicate with stakeholders.
- Technical background or a strong familiarity with software engineering preferred.
- Experience with SaaS or complex enterprise product is a big plus.
- Critical thinkers, Problem solver and customer-centered.
- Having some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction.
