We Are Looking For
The Onero Solutions Production team is looking for creative and talented individuals to serve as full time UI/UX design interns. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on projects that reach the world alongside full-time UI/UX designers.

If You Are
- Enjoys finding different ways to solve problems
- Gets excited to find the pain points and struggles of the end user, and uses that research to find solutions
- Can confidently and openly present work to passionate team members and receive a ton of honest feedback and critique of your work
- Works collaboratively with other designers and developers to find the best solutions
What You Will Do
- Design user-centric and intuitive interfaces for various digital platforms.
- Translate user needs and business goals into innovative user experiences.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Gaining experience with cutting edge innovation and technologies
- Improving your communication and problem-solving skills
- A work hard, laugh hard environment
What You Will Need
- Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma & Canva.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Ability to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
- A portfolio showcasing user interface and user experience design projects.

Step 1: Initial Screening
Once we've reviewed your profile and portfolio and find it aligns with our requirements, our team at ONERO Solutions will reach out to you via WhatsApp.
Step 2: 1st Interview - Online Technical Interview
If shortlisted, you will be invited for an online technical interview via Zoom. This will be an opportunity for us to delve deeper into your skills, experiences, and understand your technical proficiency.
Step 3: 2nd Interview - On-site Interview at Onero BSD Office
Candidates who excel in the first interview will be invited for a face-to-face interview at our Onero BSD Office. This will be a more in-depth discussion where you'll meet with the user or the department you'll potentially be working with.
