Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the user experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product or UX Designer / Researcher / Writer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience designing for desktop, web and mobile platforms.
• Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into designs.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions to design challenges.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
• Experience with motion design and animation.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
