As a UI/UX intern, you will have an opportunity to reach your full potential here in designing a world-class product. We are looking for a designer who is challenged by solving complex problems.
Responsibilities:
- Build a functional and elegant design for web & mobile platform
- Build world-class user experience through empathy and data to drive business result
- Distill complex tasks into simple, actionable results
- Iteratively improving user interfaces based on data and user tests
- Conduct research with various UX Research methods;
- Able to run synthesize research;
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve UX;
- Learn about the behavior of our clients.
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience/Freshgraduated Welcome
- work hybrid (WFO and Remote)
- Have portfolio that must showcase web and mobile applications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skill;
- Analytical, curious about people, and able to probe for the meaning behind words and actions;
- Adobe XD (or Figma / Sketch);
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
- Able to analyze and interpret data (user behavior, AB Testing, funnel optimization). Strong in excel, optimizely, mixpanel, etc);
- Experience with an internet search, advertising, and curation. Love of mobile, apps, or development environments;
- Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills;
- Have an active learner;
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe CS, Sketch, Figma.
