Qiscus is an omnichannel conversational platform which helps businesses embrace the new expectations of excellent Customer Experience (CX) through the ability to engage in timely conversations at scale. As the importance of real-time communication technology continually increases, dynamic client-side development is definitely necessary. Our UI/UX Designer Intern will be responsible for keeping up with new digital technologies and aspires to combine the alignment of product design, user experience requirements, as well as optimizing interface to ensure system consistency and improved customer experience (CX). What You Will Do
- Actively participate in user research to understand the needs and expectations of users related to our products.
- Develop visually appealing and responsive user interface elements to enhance the visual appeal of our products.
- Design intuitive and efficient user flows to enhance the overall user experience.
- Together build Design System with Senior UI/UX Design
- Create design prototypes for feedback and conduct user testing for iterative design improvements.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the desired user experience vision.
What You Will Bring to the Role
- Final year students, fresh graduates from any related fields, or young professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience with a strong portfolio of visual and interactive design work that includes process work with variations, rationale, prototyped interactive explorations, and lessons learned.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Creative person with pixel-perfect attention to detail ability
- Proficiency in using design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and other)
- Technical understanding including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Swift, etc. and framework awareness are nice skills to have.
- Ability to analyze user data and translate research findings into effective design solutions
