Job Description
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Designers to understand user journeys and feature requirements.
- Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for mobile app and web portals.
- Support the design process from problem discovery to final design delivery.
- Help maintain and improve design systems and UI consistency across products.
- Prepare design assets and documentation for development handoff.
- Support user research activities and competitor research.
Job Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in: Visual Communication Design (DKV, UI/UX Design), Information Systems, or related fields
- Understanding of basic UI/UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Proficient with design tools such as: Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, Balsamiq
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Portfolio (academic projects, personal projects, bootcamp projects, or internships) is required.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months.
- Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Jakarta.
