What You Will Do:
- Design user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
- Create and manage a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
- Collaborate closely with our project and development teams to bring designs to life.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UI/UX design.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and mockups.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to other team members.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience as a UI Designer.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS – while you won't be coding, understanding how your designs are brought to life on the web is key.
- Proficiency in designing websites using Webflow is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for user-centered design and a strong understanding of user psychology.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
