Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for engaging UGC (User-Generated Content) aligned with FKA’s brands, products, and campaign objectives.
- Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other relevant platforms, from ideation and scripting to shooting and editing.
- Produce various content formats, including product reviews, testimonials, tutorials, storytelling, educational content, and promotional videos.
- Develop scripts, hooks, CTAs, and storylines that are relevant to the target audience and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct product research and understand target audiences to create authentic, relatable, and engaging content.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, KOL, and Affiliate Teams to develop content that supports campaign and business objectives.
- Monitor content performance, identify trends and insights, and use them to improve future content.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, viral formats, UGC trends, and developments within the beauty, lifestyle, and creator economy.
- Ensure all content meets quality standards, brand guidelines, campaign briefs, and deadlines.
- Assist in basic content production activities, including product preparation, shooting setup, and video editing.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a UGC Content Creator, Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, Creative Content, or in a relevant role.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, short-form video content, and current social media trends.
- Experienced in creating UGC-style content, including product reviews, storytelling, testimonials, and promotional content.
- Strong skills in scriptwriting, content ideation, and developing engaging hooks and CTAs.
- Proficient in basic video editing using CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Target-oriented and demonstrates strong ownership.
- Portfolio of relevant content is required.
- Willing to work WFO (Work From Office) in Bekasi.
