Job Description:
- Create engaging UGC and short-form content for Izzy’s social media platforms
- Capture the atmosphere, crowd, events, and nightlife moments at Izzy
- Develop creative and relatable content ideas that match Izzy’s brand and audience
- Support content activation during events and help create engaging moments at the outlet
- Coordinate with the Marketing & Social Media team for content planning and execution
- Monitor current social media trends and adapt them into relevant content for Izzy
- Assist in documenting events, activations, and collaborations
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and interacting with guests when needed
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major, preferably Communication, Marketing, Creative Media, or related fields.
- Passionate about social media, UGC, content creation, and current social media trends.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable coming up with new content ideas.
- Familiar with TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Willing to work night shifts, work in a nightlife environment.
- Willing to work on weekends and during events or special activations.
- Good communication skills and able to work well with the Marketing & Social Media team.
- Having a personal smartphone capable of creating good-quality photo/video content is a plus.
- Previous experience in UGC, content creation, or social media is a plus.
