Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated TWK CPNS Tutor (Freelance) to develop high-quality academic content and deliver engaging learning sessions. The role may include creating questions, answer keys, and detailed explanations, producing clear and structured video explanations, and/or conducting live teaching sessions to help students understand key concepts and improve their performance. Tutors may focus on one or more of these areas based on their strengths and availability. The content will focus on TWK (Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan), covering topics such as Pancasila, UUD 1945, sejarah Indonesia, and national insight. All content should be accurate, relevant, and easy to understand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Law, History, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in teaching, tutoring, or creating TWK-related content.
- Strong understanding of TWK materials, including Pancasila, UUD 1945, sejarah Indonesia, and national values.
- Familiarity with CPNS exam structure and TWK question types.
- Able to create clear, well-structured, and exam-relevant questions along with accurate answer keys and explanations.
- Able to explain concepts clearly, both in written and video format.
- Comfortable conducting live teaching sessions (if applicable).
- Strong communication skills and ability to deliver engaging explanations.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia, following proper grammar and structure (EYD, KBBI).
- Open to feedback and willing to revise content as needed.
- Able to communicate availability clearly and complete tasks within agreed deadlines.
