Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons for preschool children.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes curiosity and creativity.
- Provide individualized support to children with varying learning needs.
- Promote social and emotional development through positive interactions and role modeling.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on children's progress.
- Collaborate with the preschool team to develop and enhance the curriculum.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Age: 19 - 27 years old
- Passion for working in a preschool/kindergarten environment.
- Discipline, punctuality, and a strong willingness to learn.
- Possess a positive attitude and be a role model for young children.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with children.
- Prior experience in childcare or preschool education is a plus but not mandatory.
