Tutor Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Key Responsibilities :

• Reviewed and developed learning materials on CRM concepts, pipeline management, and customer data.
• Assisted in evaluating relevant learning curricula and provided feedback for material development.
• Designed and reviewed practice questions for homework and exams, focusing on CRM data usage and interpretation.
• Responded to student inquiries regarding customer management, workflow automation, and CRM tools implementation.
• Conducted interactive and engaging live teaching sessions according to the agreed schedule.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience in implementing and utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Passionate about the education industry and digital learning.
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts, including pipeline management, customer lifecycle, customer retention, and metric analysis.
• Proficient in using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
• Prior experience in CRM projects, customer data management, or sales analysis is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a digital environment (e.g., Zoom).
• Willing to be published as a Digital Skola tutor, using the logo of your current or previous company.
