Placement: Pare, Kediri.

Requirement:

1. Capable of teaching offline, online, and camp classes.
2. Willing to be assigned as a camp tutor and stay in the camp during the program period.
3. Owns a working laptop/device for online classes.
4. Holds a valid or predictive TOEFL/IELTS score (preferred).
5. Strong speaking, grammar, and pronunciation skills.
6. Minimum 6 months of English teaching experience (formal or informal).
7. Skilled in teaching teens and young adults.
8. Able to design interactive lesson plans using digital tools and adapt to company modules.
9. Punctual, result-oriented, open to feedback, disciplined, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate a solid command of English pedagogy (Speaking, Grammar, and Pronunciation).
2. Deliver engaging, high-energy lessons with a fun and charismatic teaching style.
3. Conduct and document weekly assessments to effectively track and report student progress.
4. Maintain seamless, approachable peer-to-peer communication with students.
5. Ensure all students consistently reach their learning milestones.
