TUTOR – ASSISTANT COACH
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Study and understand the Learning Design (LD) to be taught.
2. Prepare the classroom for use (tables, chairs, carpets, TV monitors, air conditioning, and lights if needed).
3. Prepare learning equipment and other classroom necessities before the class begins (Learning Kits / LK & Learning Materials / LM).
4. Organize and put away all learning equipment and other classroom necessities after the class has finished.
5. Facilitate students' learning and activities according to the guidelines and curriculum of CasCisCus.
6. Provide daily student progress reports (Daily Report) and semester-based progress reports (Progress Report).
7. Create a safe and comfortable learning environment for students in the classroom.
8. Provide suggestions and feedback to management to improve the quality of learning activities.
9. Conduct Three-Way Conferences (TWC) with parents and students each semester.
10. Provide brief learning updates to parents or the person accompanying the student at the end of each class.
