TTS E-Commerce Manager
PT Beautymax Essential Indonesia
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven TTS E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our TikTok Shop operations, drive sales growth, and manage the overall performance of our e-commerce business.
Job Description :
1. Develop and execute TikTok Shop strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
2. Manage daily TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
3. Plan, execute, and optimize TikTok Shop campaigns, including payday campaigns, double-date events, and other promotional activities.
4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, GMV, conversion rates, traffic, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Manage and optimize TikTok Shop advertising campaigns, including GMV Max, to maximize ROI and sales performance.
6. Coordinate with the Content, KOL & Affiliate, and other relevant teams to support sales and campaign objectives.
7. Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and business opportunities to improve store performance.
8. Lead and supervise the e-commerce team to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of sales targets.
Requirements :
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with strong experience managing TikTok Shop.
2. Must have a background in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing TikTok Shop GMV.
4. Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center, campaign management, and e-commerce operations.
5. Experienced in TikTok Shop advertising, especially GMV Max.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective business strategies.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
8. Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is highly preferred.
9. Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
10. Experience handling large-scale campaigns and promotional events is an advantage.
11. A portfolio showcasing relevant e-commerce projects, campaign results, or sales achievements is a plus.
