Deskripsi pekerjaan Trucking Planner Staff - Overnight Shift TOPWORLD DESEN GLOBAL
Responsibilities:
- Working Overnight Shift ( Start from 00.00 to 06.00 WIB )
- Managing fleet (create schedule and job distribution)
- Communicate with trucking vendors and make job planning to each vendors available units
- Check daily delivery orders from customer and distribute to trucking vendors
- Provide updates on each job to internal / external customers
- Keep tracking all vendors unit after distribute the job planning to each vendor
- Ensure each vendor and its driver has complete delivery documents (delivery note, delivery order, lift on lift off, loading receipt, etc.)
- Monitoring and tracking the driver position from GPS to ensure that the shipment arrives safely and completely on time at the destination
- Must be reachable and responsive outside normal working hours when required, as trucking operations may run beyond standard office hours
Qualifications:
- Minimum graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from reputable University in management, logistics, operations
- Have experience for minimum 1-2 years as trucking planner staff in logistics / trucking company
- Good knowledge about field of logistics, especially in trucking business
- Strong leadership, good communication, good attitude, hard working, accurate, high motivated and team work
- Able to work under pressure with deadline
- Able to operate computer (MS Office)
- Building good relationships and cooperation with vendors and customers
- Willing to be flexible with working hours and remain contactable when needed
