Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell treasury products such as foreign exchange, money market instruments, and hedging solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and provide market updates and insights to clients.
- Understand client needs and offer customized treasury solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and updates for management as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury sales or a related role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of treasury products and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and client-oriented.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Medan.
