PT Indo Highland Investment is a company engaged in recruitment and tour & travel services under the brand Indoraajje Travels. Indoraajje Travels is a professional travel and tourism company providing complete travel management services, including flight arrangements, accommodation, transportation, and customized itineraries tailored to clients’ needs. Now, We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and committed individual to join our Travel & Tourism team. This role combines travel operations, sales, customer service, partnerships, and business development.

Requirements:

• Experience in travel agencies, hotels, reservations, or tourism is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, sales, and customer-service skills.
• Proactive, independent, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, and booking systems.
• Professional, confident, presentable, and able to build strong relationships.
• Flexible to handle urgent operational matters outside regular working hours.
• Willing to travel internationally when required and must have a valid passport.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily travel operations, reservations, bookings, quotations, and customer inquiries.
• Communicate and maintain strong relationships with customers, hotels, resorts, agents, and tourism partners.
• Prepare travel packages, negotiate rates, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve sales targets and identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Develop promotions and strategies to support business growth.
• Coordinate with Indonesia and Maldives teams.
• Handle operational issues independently and maintain accurate booking and customer records.
