Responsibilities:
- Create and design travel itineraries based on client needs.
- Book flights, hotels, transport, and tours.
- Confirm and manage reservations accurately.
- Provide travel advice and customer support.
- Handle changes, cancellations, and problem-solving during trips.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel documents.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in French language, is a MUST.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Tourism/French Language Literature)
- Have experiences or fresh graduates are welcome
- Extrovert personality and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship skills
- Energetic, goal-oriented and outcome-driven
- Knowledgeable in different cultures and enjoy learning new cultures or at least reading books, articles or other resources that provide information regarding cultures
- Willing to travel overseas for business trip
