We are looking for a Content Specialist who goes beyond simply creating posts and is able to craft high-impact, viral-ready travel content by leveraging the latest AI tools. This role is responsible for managing our end-to-end social media presence, from developing and scripting AI-assisted short-form video content to overseeing strategic influencer partnerships
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-engagement Reels, TikToks, and Shorts. You should be proficient in using AI tools for video editing, voiceovers, and trend analysis.
- Write SEO-optimized travel blogs and social captions, brainstorm, outline, and refine narratives while maintaining a human, authentic brand voice.
- Use AI image/video generation tools to enhance storytelling or create high-quality thumbnails and assets.
- Identify and connect with travel influencers who align with our brand DNA.
- Handle collaboration terms, contracts, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with influencers to ensure content quality and timely posting, providing them with "AI-assisted" creative briefs to streamline the process.
Strategy & Growth
- Analyze performance metrics to iterate on content strategy.
- Stay ahead of the curve on social media algorithms and emerging AI creative tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in social media marketing orcontent creation.
- High proficiency in AI workflows (e.g., prompt engineering for text, image, and video tools) to working faster with AI without sacrificing quality.
- Storytelling Skills: A keen eye for aesthetics and a "pulse" on what makes travel content go viral.
- Communication: Native or business-level English (both written and verbal) for international influencer negotiations.
- Technical Stack: Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, and various AI platforms (Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.).
