Travel Consultant

Nusaloka Holidays is an Indonesia-based Destination Management Company (DMC), creating and managing tailor-made travel experiences for clients of overseas travel partners.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Travel Designer / Consultant to join our team in Bali.

As a Travel Designer / Consultant, you will work closely with our overseas travel partners to understand their clients' needs and transform them into well-designed travel experiences across Indonesia.

You will be responsible for designing itineraries, calculating and preparing quotations, coordinating the required services, and overseeing reservations to ensure each journey is carefully planned from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and prepare tailor-made travel itineraries for FITs and groups.
• Understand client requests, preferences, budgets, and time constraints and translate them into suitable travel programs.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
• Communicate professionally with overseas travel partners regarding itineraries, recommendations, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and oversee reservations for accommodation, transportation, guides, activities, and other travel services.
• Ensure every itinerary is operationally feasible and meets our quality standards.
• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned overseas travel accounts.
• Follow up on requests and ensure quotations and travel arrangements are delivered within deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the entire booking process.
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Good knowledge of Indonesia's destinations, tourism highlights, accommodations, and travel experiences.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when preparing itineraries, quotations, and reservations.
• Ability to understand different client expectations and create travel programs that match their interests, budget, and available time.
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple requests and deadlines.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Previous experience in a similar position within a DMC, tour operator, or travel company is preferred.
• Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences in Indonesia.
