Travel Consultant / Reservation Officer
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused team member to join our team in Bali.
Responsibilities:
* Create customized travel quotations & itineraries
* Communicate with English-speaking clients via email & WhatsApp
* Manage hotel & villa reservations through OTAs
* Handle booking administration and payment tracking
* Assist with invoices and supplier reconciliations
* Resolve booking issues and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
* Good communication & organizational skills
* Able to work independently and multitask
* Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
