Emerald Holiday Tour & Travel is looking for candidate who is striving for successful career. With job description of Travel Consultant (ticketing) positions, with detailed information as below:

Travel Consultant

Requirement :

• Female / Male (Maximum 30 Years), Min. 3 years experiences of work based in travel industry.

• A bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism management, business, or a related field

• Fresh graduate who has exceptional skill in GDS (Galileo/Sabre/Amadeus) and willing to work hard to achieve goal is encouraged to apply

• Relevant certifications from organizations like the Galileo,Sabre,Amadeus system

• Accustomed to work under pressure and multitasking.

• Able to work in a team, responsible, honest & disciplined.

Job Description :

• In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and other travel-related products and services (strong in Asia's destination, but can expand to other destinations such as Europe or America)

• Having experience operating one of the systems: Galileo, Sabre, Altea, Amadeus

• Familiarity with booking systems, reservation software, and online travel platforms.

• Familiarity with travel-related laws, regulations, and visa requirements.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

• Sales skills to close and convert booking oppurtunities to achieve target

• Strong passion in travel industry

• Strong structured, analytical thinking and problem solving

• Address any inquiries, requests, and travel-related issues from customers. Providing prompt responses and solutions and maintaining strong customer relationships. This includes customers who contact via digital channels and offline events.

•Willing to overtime and come to office for work on Sunday if needed.

• Good command in both written & spoken English

• Full-Time position and able to join as soon as possible

• Working Hours: 08.30 – 17.30 (Mon-Fri)

• Clothing: Semi-Formal/ Formal

Starting out in June 2008, PT Emerald Holiday Tour & Travel was consisted of 3 staffs which at the time specializing in ticketing and hotel reservation.

We became fully operational in 2009, as the company was starting to provide full range of services such as : ticketing, hotel reservation, tour package, documents, etc and in 2009 also Emerald Holiday was granted membership in ASITA, further, reaffirming our existence in travel industry.

We had tremendous growth in 2010 in term of sales and clients number, which was reflected in increase in sales amount by almost doubled compare to 2009. And maintain moderate growing in 2011 and 2012 but with better quality of company’s services and operation.

Currently, Emerald Holiday has been supported by fabulous and professional team which have extensive expertise in travel industries. We will always keep invest in infrastructure and human resources to ensure our company will become one of the leading company in this industries.

There is no too old or young for traveling.
