Job Description :

Client Consultation:

-Meet with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget.

-Provide expert advice on travel destinations, transportation, accommodation, and activities.

Booking and Reservations :

-Research and recommend travel packages, flights, hotels, and other services.

-Handle bookings and reservations for clients, ensuring accuracy and confirming details.

-Assist in making adjustments or changes to bookings as necessary.

Itinerary Planning:

-Create personalized travel itineraries for clients based on their preferences and requirements.

-Ensure that all logistics, including transfers, activities, and accommodation, are well-coordinated.

Customer Support:

-Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the travel experience, from booking to returning home.

-Handle any issues that arise during travel, such as cancellations, changes, or complaints.

Sales and Upselling:

-Promote additional services, such as travel insurance, tours, excursions, or car rentals.

-Meet sales targets and provide clients with customized packages that enhance their travel experience.

Maintaining Relationships:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

-Stay informed about new destinations, travel trends, and industry changes.

Administrative Tasks:

-Maintain records of client bookings, payments, and communications.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, travel regulations, and industry standards.


Requirement :

-Fluent in English

-Previous experience in a travel-related role (e.g., as a travel agent, tour operator, or customer service representative) is often preferred.

-Knowledge of global destinations, travel booking systems (e.g., GDS systems), and the tourism industry is beneficial.

-Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients.

-Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully manage bookings and ensure accuracy in itineraries and travel arrangements.

-Sales Skills: Ability to upsell travel packages, services, and related products.
