As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Guest Relations Officer who believes that exceptional customer experience begins long before a trip starts and knows how to guide travelers from their first inquiry to confirming their dream adventure.
What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for many of our travelers, you'll play an essential role in creating a seamless customer journey while helping more people turn their travel dreams into reality.
Your responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, call, email, website and social media.
- Understanding each traveler's needs and recommending the most suitable Peponi experiences.
- Building trust and guiding prospective guests from inquiry to confirmed booking.
- Achieving sales conversion targets by effectively following up on leads and nurturing customer relationships.
- Managing reservations, payments, and customer documentation.
- Coordinating closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Visa teams.
- Providing timely pre-departure information and ensuring guests are well prepared.
- Resolving customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and speed.
- Collecting guest feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Contributing ideas to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat bookings.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Enjoys talking with people and building meaningful relationships.
- Is confident in consultative selling and turning inquiries into bookings.
- Has a customer-first mindset while being results-oriented.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Love to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Has strong empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Is comfortable using Google Workspace and communication tools.
- Has experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or the travel industry (preferred but not required).
- Shares our passion for travel and exploring the world.
