Requirements :
- Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Mandarin Literature or Linguistics)
- Proficient in Mandarin is a must (both written and spoken)
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Able to work in a team
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Job Responsibility :
- Handle office supplies and procurement
- Asset and office building management
- Translating and interpreting Mandarin to Indonesia and vice versa during meetings
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Supporting HRGA Department on daily needs such as administration task
