As a Translator Mandarin, you will play a central role in ensuring accurate and culturally nuanced communication between Chinese and Indonesian stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include interpreting spoken content with precision, translating written documents while maintaining the original tone and intent, and providing high-quality customer service to clients requiring multilingual support. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline translation workflows, utilize machine translation tools effectively under human supervision, and ensure that all deliverables meet our rigorous standards for clarity and accuracy. Additionally, you will be expected to manage documentation using Microsoft Excel and other office applications, demonstrating strong teamwork and adaptability in handling various translation projects.

We invite candidates who possess an Associate Degree and bring between three and five years of relevant experience to apply for this position. Ideal applicants will demonstrate proficiency in Chinese-Indonesian translation and have a solid command of the Chinese language, complemented by practical skills in interpretation and customer service. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suites, particularly Microsoft Excel, along with an understanding of machine translation technologies, will be highly valued.
