Job Responsibilities:
Translate documents, emails, contracts, presentations, and other materials accurately from one language to another.
Interpret verbal communication during meetings, discussions, or business activities when required.
Ensure translations maintain the original meaning, tone, and context.
Review and proofread translated materials for accuracy and grammar.
Assist communication between local and foreign employees, clients, or business partners.
Maintain confidentiality of company documents and sensitive information.
Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operational communication.
Support administrative or other language-related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Language, Communication, Business, or related field.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written). Additional languages are an advantage.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a translator or interpreter is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Willing to travel or attend meetings if required.
