What You Will Do :
- Assisting the Chief Executive Officer in various high-level business negotiations, receptions for foreign guests, board meetings and external meetings, and providing accurate simultaneous or consecutive interpreting services.
- Coordinate the Chief Executive’s daily schedule, business travel, meeting agendas and important social engagements.
- To assist the General Manager in conducting industry research, competitor analysis and mapping of internal and external operational management situations, in order to provide objective data, advice and recommendations for top-level decision-making.
Who We're Looking For :
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is Mandatory.
- Good English communication skills.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Business Support, Project Coordination, or similar role.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with reporting tools is a plus.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
