✨ JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide accurate interpretation between Mandarin and English during client interactions
Support communication in medical and healthcare-related environments
Interpret medical terminology, treatment plans, and clinical discussions clearly
Handle telephone and video interpretation sessions professionally
Maintain confidentiality and follow interpreting standards & procedures
Prepare documentation and reports related to interpretation services
📌 JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum High School graduate
Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and comprehension)
Preferably have experience as Interpreter / Translator
HSK certification is preferred
Strong communication, listening, and note-taking skills
Able to work independently in remote setting
Willing to work following US Time Zone (PST)
Professional, detail-oriented, and able to maintain neutrality during interpretation
