Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver training programs for Store employees.
- Create and update training materials, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training for new and existing employees.
- Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate employee performance.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure SOP compliance.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement plans.
- Prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Store Management to improve service quality and operational excellence.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Store Audit, Operations Excellence, or Quality Assurance.
- Experience in Retail, F&B, Hospitality, Entertainment, or Family Entertainment Center is preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to develop SOPs, training modules, and audit reports.
- Willing to travel between stores when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
