Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the Sora Learning. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our training programs to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Generate new leads and cultivate relationships with prospective clients
- Conduct client needs assessments and provide customized solutions based on client requirements
- Develop proposals, pricing, and training program recommendations
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and close
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 1 years of sales experience in the training industry, fresh graduates may apply
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
