Job Descriptions:
- Design and deliver engaging onboarding training programs.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials, and venue setup.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the Bank Certification Program, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Create digital learning content using Canva, CapCut, and similar creative tools.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with organizational goals.
- Stay up to date on the latest learning and development trends and tools.
- Support digital learning initiatives (e.g., LMS platforms, e-learning modules).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Assess training needs through surveys and interviews.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with e-learning and creative tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) is a plus.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to perform duties outside of regular working hours when necessary, while maintaining professionalism and a commitment to quality.
