In essence, we help clients implement ISO standards and achieve certification. Based in Yogyakarta, we operate as a B2B business and have successfully assisted over 500 organizations in the past seven years.

Training Operation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage training sales administration, including client registration, quotations, and payment tracking.
• Prepare, review, and finalize contracts and other related agreement documents.
• Prepare training rundowns, schedules, and administrative documents.
• Coordinate training logistics and supporting requirements with clients, trainers, and internal teams.
• Maintain training sales records and prepare sales reports."

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration or training operations.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience in contract administration or training services is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and management systems is a plus.
