Training Manager (English Speaker)

Future Ready Academy is a leading Singapore headquartered training institution dedicated to preparing the future-ready generation in the increasingly digital world of AI, robotics and coding across Southeast Asia.

We are the education partner of Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy (CMRA) in Southeast Asia to deliver their curriculum and certification for both K-12 STEM education and Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET). Through our training and certification, high school students enhance their chances of entering the best universities worldwide and university and college graduates get access to internship opportunities and jobs of the future.

We are seeking a Training Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of teaching excellence of a pool of talented teachers as well as overseeing launch of new products and curriculum.

The ideal candidate is passionate about education, skilled in developing engaging learning experiences, and experienced in training and coaching educators to maintain high teaching standards.

Responsibilities

Educator Training & Quality:

• Develop and deliver training programs on pedagogy, classroom management, and curriculum implementation.
• Train educators on effective teaching methodologies, student engagement techniques, and instructional material usage.
• Observe and evaluate educators in the classroom, providing feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
• Implement structured performance review systems to ensure consistent, high-quality teaching.
• Identify areas for professional growth and provide ongoing support to educators.

Product Management:

• Refine lesson curriculum, learning outcomes, and lesson objectives.
• Manage high-quality lesson materials, including slides, handouts, worksheets, and hands-on activities.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with industry standards, educational best practices, and student needs.
• Innovate and enhance Future Ready Academy’s programs based on emerging trends and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine program offerings and implement new learning strategies and methodologies.

Support administrative, marketing activities and event-related duties as required.

Requirements and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, teacher training, instructional design, or a related field in K-12 education.
• Proven expertise in designing lesson plans, instructional materials, and educator training programs.
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, classroom management, and effective teaching methodologies.
• Experience in observing, mentoring, and coaching educators to improve teaching quality.
• Familiarity with K-12 STEM education, AI, engineering, robotics, or coding.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral and written).
• Detail-oriented, with a passion for maintaining high educational standards.
• A strong problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude, always learning and adapting.
