About the role
This role focuses on developing and managing compliance learning programs aligned with internal Adira requirements, group company standards, OJK regulations, and other government regulations.
Key responsibilities:
Analyse and identify learning needs related to internal Adira compliance, group company, OJK, and other government regulations
Develop learning programs based on needs analysis results
Prepare and develop learning modules for Compliance programs
Implement learning programs using various methods, including digital platforms, through collaboration with internal and external parties
Provide recommendations and conduct continuous improvements to Compliance learning programs to increase effectiveness and efficiency
About you:
Age 22–26 years
Minimum S1 degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or Social studies with minimum GPA 3.2
Fresh graduates welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Customer focus, interpersonal, and problem-solving capabilities
Understanding of training concepts (training need analysis, module design and development, training evaluation)
Ability to manage and organise programs and events
