As a Curriculum Design Developer, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive training curricula that align with industry standards and organizational goals. Key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify current trends and best practices, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop content, ensuring curriculum relevance and accuracy, and continuously updating materials to reflect new developments. Your role will also involve designing engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse audiences, and working closely with the training department to ensure seamless implementation of these curricula.

To thrive in this position, candidates should possess a minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) and have between one to three years of experience in related fields. Essential skills include problem-solving, creative thinking, strong power system, analytical skills, communication skills, public speaking, strategic thinking, teaching, proficiency in Microsoft Office, design thinking, time management, and team management.
