Job Description
- Develop and manage the company's Knowledge Management and learning systems.
- Design, develop, and update training curricula, Standard Operatin Procedures (SOPs), training modules, and learning materials.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), training database, trainingndashboards, and training administration.
- Facilitate cross-functional knowledge sharing programs across departments.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare evaluation reports along with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with IT/software development on system development,maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support the implementation of a continuous learning culture and employee competency development initiatives throughout the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) Human Resources Management or Psychology (PIO)from a reputable university
- 1 - 3 years of training and development staff experience
- Experienced in TNA (Training Need Analysis), various training methods, LMS (Learning Management System), training designing, running, and evaluation.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excell, Google Workspace, Canva, and Training Application/tools
- Demonstrates a strong passion for the field of training, with a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning, receiving guidance, and delivering impactful training sessions
- Strong public speaking, team work, analytical and problem-solving ability, good attitude
- Male, Maximum 30 years old
- Willing to be placed in Depok
