Job Description
- Assessing the training and development needs of the organisation and designing tailored programs to address skill gaps
- Developing engaging and impactful training content, both in-person and online, to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of our workforce
- Delivering training sessions and facilitating workshops to promote learning and development across the company
- Collaborating with department heads to align training initiatives with strategic business objectives
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven improvements to ensure maximum impact
- Mentoring and coaching employees to support their professional growth and career advancement
- Maintaining accurate records of training activities and generating reports to track progress and ROI
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably within the human resources or recruitment industry
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify training needs and measure the impact of programs
- Proficiency in designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions
- Familiarity with learning management systems and other training technologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
