Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver Accurate POS Training: Manage and run Accurate POS training programs for new hires and existing sales using various e-learning and communication tools to improve their sales performance.
- Work with Teams: Partner with the sales, marketing, product, and other teams to make sure training programs are aligned and effective.
- Evaluate Performance: Use data and feedback to assess sales performance during the onboarding program and post-onboarding to identify any missing knowledge or skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a sales trainer, preferably in a POS/SaaS company.
- Skills: Strong training and presentation skills. Should be confident and able to lead engaging sessions.
- Flexibility: Able to adjust your training content and communication style to fit the sales trainee's needs.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to build relationships with different teams.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable using data to make smart decisions.
