Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Pharmacy/Apothecary Profession
- Minimum 1 year experience in the field (Fresh Graduates are Welcome)
- Ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of different colleagues or groups
- Demonstrate integrity both in own work, and in coordinating and collaborating with others
- Work collaboratively internally and externally to achieve the goals
- Communicate appropriately and effectively with others
Job Descriptions:
- Providing training to Sales Team, and External based on Training Need Analysis
- Studying basic Medical Knowledge, Product Knowledge of Mazta Group’s products
- Joint visits with sales team/stakeholders
- Creating syllabus and training modules for each training, conducted and ensuring the process from the beginning until evaluations for improvement
- Providing suggestions and input for training and development work programs,
- Creating Budgeting for each training program
- Actively contributing to the personnel development process in other divisions
