Trainer Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)
Key Responsibilities:
* Translate and adapt SOPs, training materials, and beverage recipes from Mandarin to Indonesian.
* Conduct onboarding and continuous training programs for store staff, baristas, and outlet managers.
* Perform store audits and quality checks to ensure strict adherence to brand standards and product quality.
* Assess and certify operational staff before store deployment.
* Act as the primary liaison between local operations and the central brand management team.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in Mandarin & Indonesia .
2. Experience: Minimum 1 years as a Trainer, Store Supervisor, or Senior Barista in the F&B industry (experience in bubble tea or retail beverage chains is a strong plus).
3. Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Deep understanding of F&B store operations, hygiene standards, and product quality control.
5. Willing to work on public holidays if required
6. Willingness to visit and audit store locations as needed.
