Trainer Software ERP

Qualifications:

Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided), while experienced candidates are preferred;

Has teaching experience, such as serving as a teaching assistant

Has experience or knowledge in the field of accounting software

Experience in ERP, OMS, WMS, POS, Inventory, or Supply Chain software is an advantage;

Experience as a Trainer is preferred;

Basic understanding of inventory, logistics, or supply chain processes is a plus；

Familiarity with SaaS or system-based environments is an advantage；

Comfortable handling routine tasks as well as ad-hoc operational issues；

Experience in handling clients or external partners is a plus；

Experience in startup or fast-growing companies is an advantage；

Proficient in English (both written and spoken), Mandarin is a plus

Jobdesc:

Conduct product training for clients and internal staff, and other related;

Prepare training materials, user manuals, video tutorials, and other related.

Guide clients during software implementation and onboarding;

Assist customers in configuring the system based on their business processes;

Evaluate user competency and provide follow-up coaching when necessary;

Assist the Sales team in product demonstrations and presentations;

Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable solutions;

Prepare demo databases and presentation environments;

Answer functional questions during sales meetings;

Troubleshoot functional software issues and provide solutions;
