Job Description
- Deliver product knowledge and sales training to retail staff and promoters.
- Create training materials, evaluations, and reports.
- Monitor and coach promoter performance in stores.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support product launches and sales enablement activities.
- Coordinate with regional teams to improve sell-out performance.
- Prepare daily and weekly work plans.
Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer in the smartphone, gadget, or consumer electronics industry.
- Target-oriented with a strong understanding of sales and sell-out performance.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
