Responsibilities:
- Designing and delivering comprehensive training programmes tailored to the specific needs of our promoters
- Conducting hands-on training sessions and workshops to upskill promoters in areas such as product knowledge, selling techniques, customer engagement, and workplace health and safety
- Developing engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive exercises
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes and making continuous improvements
- Providing ongoing support and coaching to trainees to ensure the successful application of new skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training requirements and align programmes with business objectives
Requirements:
- Experience as a Trainer or Learning & Development professional in Smartphone Industry
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Proficiency in designing and delivering training programmes using a variety of methods and technologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
