Job Description:
1. Conduct onboarding and operational training for new outlet crew.
2. Deliver training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), customer service excellence, product knowledge, food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
3. Evaluate crew performance during and after training to ensure operational readiness.
4. Develop, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and SOP documentation.
5. Identify training needs and recommend development programs to improve employee performance.
6. Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and feedback.
7. Support new store openings by ensuring all crew members are properly trained.
8. Prepare regular training reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Hospitality, Business Management, Human Resources, or related fields is preferred).
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Trainer, Training Specialist, Learning & Development, or similar role in the F&B, Retail, or Multi-Outlet industry.
3. Good command of English (spoken and written).
4. Strong understanding of outlet operations, SOP implementation, customer service, product knowledge, and food safety standards.
5. Experience in conducting onboarding and operational training for outlet employees.
6. Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
7. Willing to travel to company outlets as required.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
9. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
